      Reference TTRO2458946 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC. From Monday 7^th October 2024 (for a maximum of 18 months) to anticipated finish on Friday 25^th October 2024. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected – Gara Bridge to Lower Common, Gara Bridge. The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via – California Cross to Comer Cross, B3196, South Brent Road, New Road to Newbridge Cross, Rakelane Cross to Sorely Green Cross, A381, Moreleigh Cross to Stanborough, Place Barton Farm to Lower Common, Gara Bridge to Lower Common, and vice versa.  This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable – Repairing the damaged bridge parapet and installing protection works.
